Once a week, Sea Bees Khao Lak offers experienced divers a new wreck dive. Using ‘Runaway’ (max. 12 divers + staff ), we explore the 'MV Sea Chart 1' which sank in August 2009, not far away from Thap Lamu harbour. The vessel is on its starboard side on a sandy bottom at depths of 28 metres - 40 metres and offers a breathtaking dive. The wreck is a little more than 80 metres long and about 12 metres wide and, although still a relatively ‘young' wreck, already hosts an abundant variety of marine life.

The second dive will take place at the 'Premchai', a relic from Khao Lak's tin mining industry and which, because of the shallower depth ( 15 - 20 metres ), is a comfortable and enjoyable second dive.

Minimum prerequisites to join this trip are an AOWD level or equivalent, 100 logged dives, with the last dive being no more than 12 months prior ( don’t forget your logbook ! ) . This is also a perfect day for diving with Nitrox or an opportunity to include these dives as part of your Deep Diver Course.
